Don't tell me Don't tell me what to say It's up to me who I am and who I'll be Don't tell me who I am or I should be Don't tell me what I am or I should be Don't tell me what they said on your TV who I am is who I'll be Don't tell me who I am or I should be Don't tell me what I am or I should be

Kalamazoo 03:19
I found love on Prospect Hill On the steps is where I found you The streets and lights and cars While my sights were upon you Kalamazoo play this song through maybe you'll see what you really mean to me The basement sessions the half time cannons The place I fell in love in and the place where I became me this is the place where I became me. In this city I feel giddy While the melody plays my tune In this place I erase all my fears and my dreams came true Kalamazoo play this song through maybe you'll hear what makes you so dear the western campus the boring classes The place I met the greatest people in history and chemistry this is the place where I became me.

Find 02:39
Sometimes you find yourself again. Then you look at all of your old friends. Where did you ever fit within? Haven't been the same since back then. Someday you'll find You're too gullible inside Train your mind to trick yourself Into being something else You know you've done it Now open your eyes It take a minute to realize: Life is amazing. Go find the beauty inside Look at the people in your life Go and find those people That you like That you love Let them know. When that is what you find. The little things in life, that get you down Talk to them with open hearts, don't be afraid. They'll make you feel better.

Your Savior 04:50
I don't think I can forgive your savior For what he's shown to me We're clawed with acing scars and these wounds that don't wash out easily. We've washed our hands with his water, Sent our friends to fight and patrol, Built their temples for their reasons, willingly giving them control. Now watch their ways persuade you, they'll take take control and crash. I can tell you lover, His love can never last. From looking to the future and looking upon the past Our hope is slowly fading I'm convinced we'll never last. They'll take from us until we can't give back and they'll keep us from what we can never have. They'll tell us that he loves us but hold us tight within their grasp. Now, be quiet, there's something to be learned, Now, be silent, there's something to be heard. Now, be reverent, or you'll "be the one burned", Wash off these hands with his purest of waters, Regenerate your soul with his words, Build his nations upon his foundations, In his name, you'll finance wars. Now I'm not here to sway you, Nor do I disclaim your savior. But I can tell you stranger, Actions speak louder than words. Now, be quiet, there's something to be heard, Actions speak louder than words. I can tell you lover, His love can never last. I'm convinced we'll never last.

Fake It 06:30
It's people like that who wonder the earth doing what stupid people do acting like a queen following a certain scene to be entertained beyond T.V. I don't get why we tend to hate instead of showing love I don't get why we told to fake our smiles and our hugs I don't understand why we fake it all the time we're just faking our insides we're just faking out insides I don't get why we tend to hate instead of showing love I don't get why we told to fake our smiles and our love I don't understand why we fake it all the time we're just faking our insides we're just faking out insides I don't get why we tend to hate instead of showing love I don't get why we told to fake our smiles and our hugs surround yourself with love and throw away the hate there's so much here to love don't hesitate. There's too much fuss but not enough love There's too much fate and not enough love There's too much hate but not enough love

about

0011 is the third album I've done DIY style. I worked on it in my spare time during my last 2 years at Western Michigan University. However, unlike other albums, this album was (almost) entirely written, performed, recorded, produced, and promoted by myself, with only an exception to my good buddy Mike Fish, who has helped with the drums on one tune. This album also features more instrumentation and less production-based experimentation than my previous albums.

"0011" contains songs written before, during, and after my musical instruction and has a diverse range of influences, feelings, and styles.
